DESIGNING THE MARKETLINK DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

Your market basket, packed with care.

We are testing a recognisable MarketLink delivery system that protects the items you chose and makes the next basket easier to request. Packaging availability will be confirmed with each order.

Fresh produceSeparate, ventilated produce trays to reduce crushing and heat buildup.
Meat & fishSealed food-safe inner packs in a separate temperature-controlled carrier, only where safe handling can be verified.
Groceries & householdDry goods protected from spills; fragile and chemical products separated from food.

A clear basket check lists the item, variety or brand, quantity and any substitution agreed with you. The reusable outer carrier is a proposed pilot; cleaning, returns and pricing need testing before launch.
